Mass rescues at Perth beach

Surf Lifesavers have temporarily closed Scarborough Beach after dozens of people were rescued from rips.
A strong easterly wind and a three metre swell has combined to create treacherous conditions for lifesavers.
One surfer has been taken to hospital with a broken collar bone…
