Known for its pristine surfing beaches and unique blend of Spanish-Caribbean culture, Rincon, Puerto Rico is hardly the place one would expect to find a European-style castle, but lo-and-behold perched atop a private mountain peak, looking west to the Caribbean Sea is just that.
